All prices for Products listed on the Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless specified. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees associated with your order.

Payments for Products are processed through a secure payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount, including shipping and handling fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and the delivery location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise specified.

Once the Products are shipped, risk of loss and title to the Products pass to you. Please inspect all Products upon receipt, and notify us immediately if any damage, defects, or discrepancies are noted.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused and undamaged Products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@forgeattachments.com.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, and may be subject to restocking fees. Some Products, such as custom or specially ordered attachments, may not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Product Warranty

Each Product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, which will be provided with the Product. Any claims for defects or issues covered under warranty should be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policy. We do not provide separate warranties for the Products sold on the Site, but we will assist you in facilitating any warranty claims.
