Shipping Policy

At Forge Attachment Company, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our heavy equipment attachments. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to locations across the United States and Canada. For deliveries outside these regions, please contact our sales team for arrangements. Shipping availability and costs vary based on delivery location and product size.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0–2 business days from purchase. Delays may occur due to product availability, customization, or other factors.
  • Shipping Locations: As our products are sourced from multiple manufacturers in the U.S. and Canada, they may ship from different locations, which could impact delivery timelines.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods based on product size, weight, and destination:

  • Small & Medium Items: Typically shipped via FedEx or UPS ground services.
  • Large Equipment Attachments: Heavy or oversized products ship via Old Dominion Freight Line (ODFL) or similar freight carriers. Customers may be contacted for delivery arrangements, including liftgate service or curbside delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, destination, and method. You’ll see estimated charges before completing your order.

5. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3–6 business days after shipment.
  • Freight Shipments: Larger items may require longer transit times.
  • Delays: Factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays, may occasionally extend delivery times.

6. FOB (Free on Board)

All shipments are made on an FOB (Free on Board) basis. This means that ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer once the shipment leaves the manufacturer’s facility. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, insurance, and any associated risks during transit.

7. Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated arrival date.

8. Freight Deliveries & Special Instructions

  • Scheduling: Freight carriers will typically contact you to arrange a delivery window. Please provide a valid phone number during checkout.
  • Remote Locations & Job Sites: We deliver to remote sites or job locations; however, additional fees and offloading arrangements may apply.
  • Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments are usually delivered to the nearest accessible location. Customers are responsible for moving products onto their property.

9. Shipping Damage & Claims

Inspect items upon delivery:

  • Freight Shipments: Note any damages on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photograph them. Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
  • Small Parcel Shipments: Report damages to us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

10. Address Changes

If a customer requests a delivery address change after an order has shipped, rerouting fees may apply. Please verify your address during checkout to avoid additional costs or delays.

11. International Orders

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For other regions, contact our sales team for a quote. Customs fees, duties, and additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
