Refunds & Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations or requirements. To ensure a positive shopping experience, we’ve outlined our Refunds & Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unused and Uninstalled Products: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order attachments or products.
  • Items that have been installed or used.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Email us at cs@forgeattachments.com or call MAIN LINE within the eligible return window. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Packaging the Return:
    Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items returned without original packaging or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee or denied return.
  3. Shipping the Return:
    Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return to ensure it arrives safely.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    Once your return is received, we will inspect the item. If the item is in resaleable condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns of unused, uninstalled products. The fee is assessed based on the condition of the item, packaging, and original sale terms.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refunds

  • Refund Processing Time:
    Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Original Shipping Costs:
    If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will refund the original shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Warranty and Manufacturer Defects

All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your item is found to be defective after use, please contact us to arrange for warranty service or replacement.
